Tobiuo is the Japanese name for flying fish. Its streamlined body allows its swimming to reach such a high velocity that it breaks the surface of the ocean and uses its elongated, wing-like pectoral fins to glide up to 655 feet. This unique attribute makes it stand out in an ocean full of fish. Like the Tobiuo, we, in a world full of sushi restaurants, choose to be different. We choose to break that ocean surface and refuse to be just another sushi restaurant among many.
